A Christmas Carol Set for Dec. 7th

UCA Public Appearances will host A Christmas Carol at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, in the Donald W. Reynolds Performance Hall.

Charles Dickens’ classic tale is a powerful story of redemption. It has enchanted audiences all over the world with its simple message of selfless giving. Ebenezer Scrooge is made to see the light as he survives a merciless battery of revelations by the ghosts of his Christmases Past, Present and Future.

This new adaptation, sponsored by KARN News Radio, fills the stage with veteran Broadway actors, lush costumes, stunning sets, music, dance and a timeless message. With beloved traditional carols of the season included, A Christmas Carol is an enchanting way to celebrate the holidays.

“Your family will love this classic tale of hope, inspiration and the magic of Christmas,” said Amanda Horton, director of UCA Public Appearances. “The performance has it all, including beautiful costumes, talented vocalists and a heartwarming story. This is the type of holiday activity that the whole family will enjoy while creating memories that will last a lifetime.”
