Little Rock – Amber Turley, a Conway County woman has a change of plea hearing set in Morrilton on Tuesday. Her three sons died after she drove into a lake during a nighttime thunderstorm .

Amber Turley has pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony child endangerment for the April 19 deaths of her boys – 8-year-old Aaron, 7-year-old Alex, and 2-year-old Anthony. She is due in Morrilton in court Tuesday morning .

Turley, Prosecutors allege used marijuana and a prescription depressant and had a blood-alcohol level of .05 percent prior to the 3:30 a.m. crash.

Turley and her three children attended a party in Conway, then she dropped off her boyfriend at Mallet Town before the accident, Witnesses told police.
