Elise, 44 and Donald Whisenant, 49, are charged with assaulting two minor children.

During the investigation, Arkansas State Police and Van Buren County Sheriff’s deputies determined that Elise and Donald had given marijuana and alcohol to two minor boys, and Elise had engaged in sexual acts with them and Donald watched.

Elise is charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and other charges.

Donald is charged with two counts of permitting abuse, two counts second degree sexual assault, two counts endangering the welfare of a minor, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The two are currently being held in the Van Buren County Jail on $50,000 bond each. They both have a court date set for August 31, 2010.
