Title: Benefit Pie Auction in Mountain View
Description: There will be a benefit pie auction and music program on Thursday night, May 20th beginning at 7:00 p.m. at The Jimmy Driftwood Barn. There will be pies, gift certificates, and other items auctioned plus some of the best bluegrass, gospel and folk music presented that night.This benefit is for Jimmy and Sandy Nelson, long time musicians here in Mountain View. Jimmy was injured in an accident and will not be able to work for many weeks or months. We as a community want to help those who help promote Mountain View. If you have items you would like to donate, you may call Kerry Smith at 213-6141 to help. We are asking for all musicians to turn out and help in this event. There is no admission charge.
