Veterans Day at Ed’s Bakery in Conway
Thursday, November 12th, 2009Bill Ledbetter, an Air Force Veteran, serve over 2 years. He is pictured here with Bob Connell, sharing stories from his time in service.
L.J. Horton dropped out of high school to serve in the war. This year he was awarded an honorary diploma from his high school. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge.
Laynie Satterfield, Army, served over 3 years. He was in 5 major battles D-Day,
The Battle of the Bulge at Ardennes Forest and the Battle of Bridge at Remagen, Germany as well as two other Battles.
. He shared some of his stories with Bob Connell.
