This year make your Valentine’s celebration unique with Cupid’s Retreat at the Ozark Folk Center State Park. Held in the Ozark Mountains, Cupid’s Retreat will take you away from worldly cares into a special place where music, food and fun are all still made by real people, with love. Cupid’s Retreat starts at 12:30 p.m. on February 11. You and your special sweetheart will take a bus to Blanchard Springs for the Cupid in the Caverns concert. Only 100 people will be allowed to experience this incredible music. Between the acoustics of the caves and the intimate performance of the musicians, this will be an amazing experience you will never forget. After your return to the Folk Center, you will be treated to a sumptuous meal at the Skillet Restaurant, featuring your choice of Prime Rib, Cornish Game Hen or Stuffed Baby Eggplant. Then you can stroll across the street to the White Oak Auditorium for a special Valentine’s Day concert featuring the incredible talents of Pam Setser and Danny Dozier. After the concert, the Ozark Folk Center State Park buses will transport you back to your cabin in the woods. Our duplex Cabins at Dry Creek are the ultimate in comfort, with two queen-sized beds, Wi-Fi, a deck and a big screen television.
