Creamy Hot Chocolate
2 Cups Milk
3 Tablespoons of Hershey’s baking cocoa powder
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
1/2 Cup Cool Whip
Half & Half (use at your discretion)
Whipping Cream
In a saucepan, bring ingredients to a low boil. Slightly cool. Top with marshmallows and whipped cream. Enjoy!
