IMPACT Independence County Committees Formed, Begin Project Planning Process

The survey results for the IMPACT Independence County strategic planning initiative were released at a community-wide meeting that was held on Thursday, Sept. 10 at UACCB. Four committees were formed that will focus on different aspects of the survey results. The committees, comprised of and chaired by Independence County volunteers, include the Economic Prosperity Committee, the Educational Excellence Committee, the Healthy Living and Wellbeing Committee, and the Tourism Committee.
