The 2nd Annual SIDS.Causes.Heartache. Fundraiser Event 2011 is to be held Saturday April 9th in Heber Springs, Arkansas @ Spring Park from 10:00am – 4:00pm. The SIDS.Causes.Heartache. Fundraiser Event is In Loving Memory Sky Charles Hipp who passed away on March 17,2009 when he was 3 months & 3 weeks old from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or SIDS.
All proceeds from the fundraiser go to the American
SIDS Institute for research & awareness. The S.C.H. Team is part of the Nationwide Spring for SIDS Fundraising Event and Children’s
Tylenol & Baby Feet Jewelry are the corporate sponsors.
Activities include:
2nd Annual S.C.H. Car & Bike Show – Registration begins at 10:00am, judging will begin at Noon, and trophies will be awarded at 1:00pm. The entry fee for the show is $10.00.
5K Walk for Awareness; Raffle with tons of prizes; Silent Auction;
HUGE Rummage Sale; Bake Sale; T-Shirts & Silicone Bracelets (while
supplies last); Cut-A-Thon from 10:00am – 2:00pm; Face Painting for the kids; Shalah’s Fantastic Funnel Cakes; Live Entertainment;
1st Annual Miss S.C.H. Pageant 2011 will be held the night before on April 8th @ 6:00pm at the 1st United Methodist Church in the
Fellowship Hall. The winners will be crowned & announced at the
pageant & presented the day of the fundraiser.
