Advance Arkansas Institute Announces First Policy Paper

The first publication of the new Advance Arkansas Institute, “How To Cut Taxes in Arkansas: Basic Principles of Tax Policy.” The Institute is a nonprofit educational organization that advocates public policy based on free markets, individual freedom, and limited, transparent constitutional government.
