The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for the Batesville Community Center’s digital media sign donated by First Community Bank. The Ribbon-Cutting will occur at the Community Center at 1420 20th Street in Batesville on Friday, June 23rd, at 2 p.m.
Operated by the City of Batesville’s Parks and Recreation Department, the Batesville Community Center offers residents and visitors a place to exercise and have fun. The Community Center has an indoor and outdoor pool, a gymnasium with a walking track, a fitness center, and more. They also have meeting spaces and offer rental options for private and community events.
The digital media sign, located outside the Community Center, enables the Parks and Recreation Department to easily promote and raise awareness for events and opportunities at the Community Center.
All community supporters, chamber members, ambassadors, board members, and staff are invited to attend.
