Boozman Recognizes Small Business Saturday

U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR) encourages Arkansans to support Small Business Saturday and shop locally on November 26, 2016.

“Small businesses play a vital role in our economy, making up over 99 percent of all employers in the United States. The success of small business depends upon customers willing to support them. Entrepreneurial men and women in Arkansas continue to open businesses that produce goods and provide services for the marketplace. We can do our part to help this economic engine that employs many of our family, friends and neighbors. Small Business Saturday is an opportunity for us to recognize the importance of local businesses and neighborhood retailers and the role they play in our communities. I encourage Arkansans to join me in supporting our small businesses this holiday season,” Boozman said.

Boozman is a cosponsor of the Senate-passed resolution that designates Saturday, November 26, 2016 as Small Business Saturday, encourages consumers to shop locally and highlights the importance of small business to our economy.
