Citizens Bank of Batesville Donates Fallen Soldier Monument to Independence County Veterans Memorial Wall

Kara Baxter of the Independence County Fair Veterans and Military Day Committee, accepts the donation of the Fallen Soldier Monument from Citizens Bank President Phil Baldwin.

The bronze sculpture was provided by Citizens Bank for permanent display at the Veterans Memorial Wall at the Independence County Fairgrounds.

The wall honors those veterans who have made “an exceptional contribution to the military service and/or who have performed their military service faithfully and honorably and returned to their community and have served their community in a significant way.”
