Cleburne County Sheriff Richard Swain , died of natural causes on Sunday.
Sheriff Swain age 68, was elected in November as the new Cleburne County Sheriff and took office January 1st of this year. The Cleburne Quorum Court appointed an interim sheriff Sergeant Bryon Rushing to hold the post until the court meets next month.
A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church in Heber Springs on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
