Democrats Prepare for Year’s Largest Event, Weekend of Activities Announced

The Democratic Party of Arkansas announced a weekend of Democratic activities in Little Rock in conjunction with the upcoming Jefferson-Jackson Dinner.  The dinner, featuring Democratic strategist and political analyst Paul Begala, is the Party’s largest annual event and will take place at the Verizon Arena in North Little Rock on Friday, July 24.

“We’re energized by the overwhelming turnout this year for tables at the J-J Dinner.  All of our state’s leaders will be there to rally Arkansans for the 2010 elections,” DPA Chair Todd Turner said.  “We have a weekend of important events and activities.”
