The Faulkner County Master Gardeners will award a scholarship of $1,500 for the 2015-16 academic year to residents of Conway, Faulkner, and Perry Counties. Additional scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the scholarship committee.
Preference will be given to residents of these counties who are pursuing a post-secondary degree in a plant science related field which includes, but is not limited to, horticulture, botany, agronomy, forestry, plant science, turf management and landscape architecture and/or design.
Previous recipients may reapply.
Completed applications are due by Wednesday, April 1, 2015. We anticipate the scholarship will be awarded in early May 2015.
