Shotgun Start with two sessions to choose from:
– Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 – 8:00 a.m.
– Monday, Sept. 19, 2011 – 1:30 p.m.
TEAM ENTRY INFORMATION:
Cost: $100 per golfer/$400 per team
(Due to limited availability, slots will not be reserved until payment is received)
Registration: Includes greens fees, cart, refreshments, catered lunch, and player’s gifts (sponored by CBC and Cleveland Golf)
Registration Deadline: September 14, 2011 (Note: A late fee of $10 per golfer will apply if not postmarked by deadline).
