Description: The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is pleased to announce that there will be a Fly Tying Seminar on Tuesday, June 08, 2010 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. There will be a limit of 15 participants ages 12 years and older. Please contact the visitor center ahead of time to sign up. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is located north of Heber Springs, at 700 Heber Springs RD N: on the west side of the dam. All events are free and open to the public.
