Title: Greer’s Ferry Lake Alzheimer’s Arkansas Walk September 11
Location: Woodland Mead Park in Fairfield Bay
Description: This year’s Greer’s Ferry Lake fund raising walk for Alzheimer’s Arkansas will take place Saturday, September 11 at Woodland Mead Park in Fairfield Bay. Check in for the Walk begins at 8:30 and the Walk begins at 9:30. Area businesses and artists have been very generous this year providing over $2000 in prizes to be awarded to attendees. Walk participants may take home anything from a gift card for food or services provided by local businesses to framed artworks donated by area artists. Please note that “walking” is optional, many choose to wait for the walkers to return at the Amphitheater.
Participants will receive two chances each for over 60 Prizes to be given away immediately following the Walk. Raise or donate $25 to support Alzheimer’s Arkansas and receive an event T Shirt (while supplies last). Please help us with your donation.
The Lion’s Club, a loyal and generous supporter of this cause, will begin the day with a special pancake breakfast starting at 7:00 in the Lion’s Den with proceeds supporting Alzheimer’s Arkansas.
