Description: Old Independence Regional Museum will host spring Home School Days on Monday, April 18, 2011 and Monday, April 25, 2011 from 9 a.m. to Noon, with sign-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. Registration and a program fee of $5 are due by April 11, 2011
The museum will be hosting a traveling exhibit from the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum in Mansfield, MO, so our Home School Days for the spring will focus on Mrs. Wilder and her “Little House” books,” continues Nikkel. Home School students will spend the morning participating in activities featured throughout the series of books.
The cost for this program is $5.00 per participant and space is limited to 50 participants each day. Pre-registration is required by April 11, 2011.
