The Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony is scheduled for January 27th at LyonCollege inside the Scottish Heritage Building, and the 2015 Business Expo is set for January 28th inside Independence Hall at UACCB.
The Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony recognizes businesses and outstanding volunteers in the area. The ceremony is also a time for the membership to learn about the Chamber’s program of work for the new year. Sponsorships and tickets for the event are available. Corporate tables can be purchased for $350 and individual tickets are $20.

The 2015 Business Expo is the business event of the year! The Expo is an opportunity for businesses to network, meet new customers, gain exposure, introduce new products and build relationships that will lead to growth and production. The Pre-Expo Women in Business Breakfast Workshop will be held on the morning of the expo from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Guest speaker Jessie Wilson of Dale CarnegieTraining will present “Maximizing Your Potential,” which explores the following topics:
1. components and obstacles of effective time management
2. applying tools to monitor your work habits, get organized, prioritize, and stay focused
3. identifying ways to reach your potential
4. committing to continuous improvement and growth
