The new Cleburne County Library will be celebrating it’s Grand Opening on June 4th starting at 10:00 AM. It is located at 1009 Main
St. next to Harps Grocery. Please come and see your new state of the art facility with 11,000 sq. ft.
The library has state of the art technology, free Wifi, E-books and a childrens library with a special librarian just for the children. The
facility will also include study rooms and a room dedicated to the history of Cleburne County with the ability to trace your own
geneology.
Also featured is a court yard paved with an oversized Chess Board and oversized Chess pieces to match. The library hopes to provide
instruction on the game of Chess in the future.
The new Cleburne County Library represents the culmination of 3 years of fund raising with a very positive response from the community, individuals, business, local and state government.
