We are planning some work in the North Clinton substation, due to a bad regulator. To be able to perform the work safely we need to turn the substation off for about 1 hour. The outage will effect parts of the following areas but not all. Outage areas includes down town Clinton, Hwy 16 E and W, Hwy 95 W and up Hwy 65 N. The power will be off from 3:00am – 4:00am on Friday, June 29th 2018. Petit Jean Electric Cooperative works hard each and every day to provide our members with safe, reliable and affordable electricity. We hope by doing this task early in the morning this will ease some of the inconvenience to our membership. Thank for your patience.
