Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers William Carl Garner Visitor Center is pleased to announce that Skinny Blair & Friends will be performing a folk concert in the Auditorium of the William Carl Garner Visitor Center on Saturday, May 28, 2009 at 7 p.m. Come out and enjoy your folk favorites, and don’t forget to bring a friend! The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is located north of Heber Springs at the west end of the Greers Ferry Dam on Highway 25.
