Subsurface Investigation for Future Widening Project Requires Temporary Lane Closures on State Highway 10

Subsurface investigation, done in preparation for a future project intended to widen State Highway 10 between Sam Peck Rd. and Pleasant Valley Dr. in Little Rock requires temporary lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting; crews will put in place the following lane closures daily from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. starting on Tuesday night, November 27 and continuing until work is complete. This closure was originally scheduled for September 17-22 but has been rescheduled due to multiple weather impacts.

Outside Eastbound lane between Pleasant Ridge Rd. & Woodland Heights Rd.

Outside Westbound lane between Southridge Dr. to I-430

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic cones. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov.
