The Fourth Annual Concord Stamp Out Smoking Health Fair will be held in conjunction with parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, April 3, in the Concord Auditorium. The health fair will run from 12:00 to 5:00 PM.There will be free testings, screenings and information in all areas of health. For setting up a booth or other information, please call 870-668-3522.
