White County Medical Center recently received two Diamond Awards and other special recognition at the Arkansas Hospital Association’s 82nd annual meeting and trade show in Little Rock.
Annually sponsored by the Arkansas Hospital Association and the Arkansas Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations, the Diamond Awards competition recognizes excellence and encourages improvement in the quality, effectiveness and impact of healthcare marketing and public relations efforts throughout Arkansas.
WCMC received the following awards and recognition: Diamond Awards in the Foundation category for White County Medical Foundation Mother’s Day Tribute Program and Father’s Day Tribute Program; Certificate of Excellence in the Foundation category for 2011 A Day of Caring; and, Certificates of Merit in the Advertising category for Special Visuals for the Think Twice, National Salt Awareness Week poster and the Dish Out Some Color poster and table tent cards.
WCMC Director of Marketing Brooke Pryor (pictured at right), along with President/CEO Ray Montgomery and White County Medical Foundation Executive Director Cassandra Feltrop attended the meeting to accept the awards on the hospital’s behalf.
