White County Medical Center Welcomes New Physicians

White County Medical Center, Searcy Medical Center (SMC) and Family Practice Associates (FPA) administrative representatives held a reception recently to celebrate the new physicians and physician assistant who have joined the medical community in the past year.

 Those honored included: Hospitalist Wesley Thorpe, M.D.; Urologist Tommy Thompson, M.D.; Neurosurgeon Gregory Ricca, M.D.; Pediatrician Mark Gustke, M.D.; and Physician Assistant-Certified Lon Ramey.

 SMC Medical Director Internist Clark Fincher, M.D., introduced the honorees to the group of healthcare representatives in attendance and expressed his appreciation to each of the physicians and physician assistant for their dedication to WCMC, SMC and FPA patients. “We are delighted that this group of physicians chose to establish themselves and their practices in Searcy,” he said. “Their knowledge and experience is greatly valued by our medical community, and they are already serving our area well.”
