The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to enjoy a free community wide breakfast seminar on Friday, November 12 at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at First Community Bank in the George Ryder Community room for program “Don’t Let the Bed Bugs Bite!” Waymon Long, owner of Eagle Pest Management will present information on how to protect and detect the presence of bed bugs.
Long said, “We have all heard how bad the infestation of bed bugs has gotten in other states, and the bed bugs have come to our front door now. When you get bed bugs you need to understand what you are facing and how do you protect your families, homes and business. If you don’t find them in time you may not be able to control them, so the quicker you find them the cheaper the cost will be. Come out have breakfast to get educated on bed bug prevention.”
Randy Smith manager of Terminix will also be available to answer questions. Smith said, “Bedbugs have become world travelers and can show up at any location at any time. We must educate the public concerning this reoccurring problem that was thought to be eliminated in the 1950’s. As Pest Control Operators we are here to assist and give you peace of mind if this unwanted guest arrives at your location.”
Light breakfast will be served. To register please contact the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce at (870)793.2378.
