A Morgan nick amber alert has been issued for Leona Murphy, white female, dob 08/22/2006. Child was reported missing to the pike county sheriff’s office at 11:30 pm leona is 36” tall and weighs 40 lbs. She has long blond hair and blue eyes and last seen wearing a pink and white flowered skirt. Gray long sleeved shirt, with a yellow cat on front.
