Title: Apple Pie Bake Off in Morrilton
Description: Apple Pie Bake Off will be held on Monday July 4th at Cherokee Park. Two prizes will be awarded: one for the best tasting and one for the most patriotic appearance. Winners will get a 2011 Apple Pie Champion kitchen and bragging rights for a year! As part of the Fabulous Fourth celebration, there is no entry fee but you must sign up by June 30th. Pies must be in disposable pans and available for judging at 5pm. Email FAB4@pjprop.com or call Bettye Henderson at 501-354-6300. Directions: From I-40 take either Morrilton exit and go South. Turn West (right) onto Hwy 64 and then South (left) onto Cherokee Street. Follow the signs to Fabulous Fourth.
