Associated Women for Harding to Host Princess and Super Hero Party

Associated Women for Harding will hold a princess and super hero party Saturday, Feb. 15 in Cone Chapel on the University’s campus from 9-11 a.m.

Children will be provided with crafts, snacks and games. Harding students will portray 13 princess- and super hero-themed characters and interact with guests throughout the morning.

“This is a first-class event that spans five rooms of activities and fun,” said Liz Howell, executive director for AWH. “Not everyone can travel to a Disney theme park in Florida or California, and this offers an affordable option locally while raising money for scholarships.”

The event will be held in Cone Chapel on the second floor of the David B. Burks American Heritage Building. Children are encouraged to dress in costumes. Tickets are available in the Office of Alumni Relations, Harding Academy Elementary office and the Tangerine Turtle at 918 E. Race in Searcy. Tickets are $10 for children and $5 for adults.

Harding is the largest private university in Arkansas with 6,295 students. The University also maintains campuses in Australia, Chile, England, France, Greece, Italy and Zambia. For more information visit www.harding.edu.
