BACC Announces Annual Meeting & Gala Shaping Up to Have Record Attendance

The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) has announced its plans for its 2017 Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting & Gala, presented by First Community Bank, will be held at Josie’s Steakhouse on Friday, Jan. 27, 2017 at 6 p.m.

BACC has partnered with First Community Bank, Peco Foods, White River Medical Center, and Edward Jones to bring Chamber members and the community together to review the previous year’s accomplishments and learn about BACC’s program of work for the new year. Outstanding businesses and individuals in the business community will be recognized during the Annual Meeting’s award ceremony.

In addition, the meeting will provide a glance at what to expect from IMPACT Independence County’s strategic planning initiative for 2017. “We had a tremendous response from last year’s meeting and gala and learned that our membership and community love taking time to reflect on work and accomplishments from the previous year as we look forward to new and exciting things to come,” said BACC’s Chief Operating Officer Jamie Rayford. “We love that this year’s event has already grown larger than any past meeting and we want to continue to offer more and more Independence County residents opportunities to learn more and invest to become a part of this action plan.” General admission tickets cost $100 each and are inclusive of dinner and entertainment.
