The Holiday Hills United Methodist Men (UMM) of Greers Ferry are once again organizing their golf tournament to benefit the hungry in the Greers Ferry area. The UMM have been providing food baskets through the Angel Ministries to several families for the past year from proceeds garnered from this event and now it’s time for the community to come together once again to support such a worthy cause.
An attempt is being made to contact businesses and individuals to obtain sponsorship for the Golf Benefit. Sponsors are needed at all levels: Gold, Silver or Bronze. A gold sponsor ($400.00) will have a 4’ X 8’ banner and hole signs; Silver sponsors ($300.00) will have a 3’ X 6’ banner and hole signs; Bronze sponsors ($200.00) will have 2’ X 6’ banners and hole sign. In addition, a business or an individual can sponsor a hole. Large hole sponsors ($100.00) will have an 18” X 24” hole sign and Regular hole sponsors ($50.00) will have a 12” X 18” hole sign. Both banner and/or hole signs will read: “We sponsored the ‘Feed The Hungry’ Golf Benefit Tournament” with the sponsor’s name and logo for major sponsors and name only for hole sponsors. There will be 2 Hole-in-one hole awards: one for $25,000 and one for a golf car, for the first hole-in-one on the particular designated hole!
