The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) has received damage reports due to the severe weather activity of April 23 and continuing. As emergency crews continue to report damage estimates to ADEM we will send updates as they are received. As of 1 p.m. there are 12 reported fatalities.
A call center has been established to gather information on the damages as well as to answer any questions that citizens may have. The phone number people can call is 888-683-2336. The call center will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until further notice.

Arkansas County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Benton County
Benton County Emergency Management reported two fatalities related to a vehicle swept away by flood waters. There is flooding throughout county.
Boone County
Boone County Emergency Management reported numerous homes in Harrison flooded. Three families were displaced because of flooding and are staying in a hotel. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Bradley County
Bradley County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Carroll County
Carroll County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. One home is reported damaged. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Chicot County
Chicot County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Clay County
Clay County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Cleburne County
Cleburne County Emergency Management reported trees down and power outages in the Greer’s Ferry and Heber Springs area. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Conway County
Conway County Emergency Management reported power lines and trees down throughout the county. A few structures received minor damage. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Crawford County
Crawford County Emergency Management reported that the Park Ridge RV Park was evacuated. The Walmart Supercenter at Alma is flooded. The City of Van Buren Sports Complex is also flooded. There are no injuries or fatalities at this time.
Crittenden County
Crittenden County Emergency Management reported power outages in the cities of Marion and Crawfordsville. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time. Several businesses and homes are damaged in West Memphis. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Cross County
Cross County Emergency Management reported damage to six businesses on Highway 64 in Wynne. The Farmers Co-Op and Post Office in Cherry Valley also has damage. There are trees down and power outages throughout county. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Dallas County
Dallas County Emergency Management reported power lines and trees down throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Desha County
Desha County Emergency Management reported one home destroyed; one home and one business with major damage in Watson. There are down power lines and trees throughout the town. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Faulkner County
Faulkner County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. The communities of Vilonia and Saltillo have received storm damage. One shelter has opened, the Senior Citizen Center (10 Bise Dr, Vilonia). Several churches have offered shelter also. Eight businesses have been damaged. There are four reported fatalities.
Garland County
Garland County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There is damage in the Walnut Valley, Sunshine and Old Ragweed areas. There is one reported fatality at this time. The Red Cross has opened a shelter at Coronado Center at Hot Springs Village.
Grant County
Grant County Emergency Management reported power outages and trees down throughout the county. One home is reported damaged. There are no injuries or fatalities at this time.
Hot Spring County
Hot Spring County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are numerous roadways blocked by downed trees and power lines. There are damaged homes in Friendship. A swift water rescue in the Bonnerdale area was conducted. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Independence County
Independence County Emergency Management reported approximately 20 people were evacuated from low lying areas. Multiple streets and county roads are flooded. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Jackson County
Jackson County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no reported injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Lawrence County
Lawrence County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. A shelter has been opened at the Walnut Ridge Community Center located at 504 SE Southern Ave, Walnut Ridge. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Lincoln County
Lincoln County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. 19 homes in the city of Gould have suffered damages. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Logan County
Logan County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Lonoke County
Lonoke County Emergency Management reported trees and power lines are down throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities at this time.
Mississippi County
Mississippi County Emergency Management has reported 18 homes with major damage, 21 with minor damage. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Madison County
Madison County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. State Highway 21 and several county roads are closed due to flooding. There are two reported fatalities.
Monroe County
Monroe County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at his time.
Nevada County
Nevada County Emergency Management reported treed down throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Perry County
Perry County Emergency Management reported one fatality after rescuers found a person who had been missing in storm waters. There were 30 homes damaged-15 with minor damage. Toad Suck Park is closed.
Prairie County
Prairie County Emergency Management reported power lines and trees down throughout the county. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time. Homes are damaged along Haley Bone Rd. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Phillips County
Phillips County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Pike County
Pike County Emergency Management reported extensive damage to one home. Trees and power lines were reported down 2 miles west of Kirby Rd off of Highway 70 on Barentine Rd. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Polk County
Polk County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. 12 homes have sustained damage. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Pope County
Pope County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county.
Pulaski County
Pulaski County Emergency Management reported damage at the North Pulaski High School and in the Palarm area. Several homes, a water tower, an aircraft and aircraft hangers are also reported damaged at Little Rock Air Force Base. There are two injuries and no fatalities reported at this time.
Randolph County
Randolph County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. A shelter is in place at 205 Geneva Dr, Pocahontas. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Saline County
Saline County Emergency Management reported trees and power lines down throughout the county. There are several homes damaged.
Sevier County
Sevier County Emergency Management reported downed trees and flooding throughout the county. There are reports of power outage in Horatio. There are no injuries or fatalities reported.
Sharp County
Sharp County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. One home is damaged due to severe storms. There has been one fatality reported.
St. Francis
St. Francis County Emergency Management reported an unknown number damages throughout the county.
Stone County
Stone County Emergency Management reported flooding in Mountain View. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Union County
Union County Emergency Management reported many trees and power lines down. Entergy is working on restoring power. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
Washington County
Washington County Emergency Management reported flooding throughout the county. There have been multiple swift water rescues. Numerous homes were evacuated throughout the county. One fatality has been reported.
White County
White County Emergency Management reported several homes damaged and trees down throughout the county. There are no reported injuries or fatalities at this time.
Woodruff County
Woodruff County Emergency Management reported 12 homes with minor damage, 3 homes with moderate damage, mainly from falling trees and roof damage. The McCroy School has sustained damage. McCroy Water Works also has reported damage, but is operational at this time. There are no reports of injuries or fatalities at this time.
Yell County
Yell County Emergency Management has reported trees down throughout the county. One home is reported damaged. There are no injuries or fatalities reported at this time.
