Cleburne County Judge Brenda Hunt wants to remind everyone that Cleburne County is under a Burn Ban because of the severe drought. We are fast approaching July 4th, which is traditionally celebrated by the shooting of fireworks. Judge Hunt reminds everyone that the shooting of fireworks is covered under the Burn Ban. Therefore, shooting fireworks during this severe drought is very dangerous and a violation of the Burn Ban. Anyone violating the Burn Ban can be prosecuted.
