Community Square Dances at the Ozark Folk Center

Community dances have long been a tradition in the Ozarks. What better way to shake off the winter ho-hums than a lively dance with great music and friends? These dances are free and open to the public every Tuesday night from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. All dances are held at the OFCSP however, locations at the park will vary, so please make note of this below.

As with any winter event, weather issues may cause cancellations. Updates concerning weather cancellations other announcements will be available on the OFCSP website under the MUSIC page and linked to “Tuesday Night Square Dance”.

The dances will be held in the Bois d’Arc Building; February 3rd, 10th, 17th, March 10th, 24th, 31st, April 7th, at the  Lodge Recreation Room on February 24th, March 3rd, 17th at the  Large Auditorium on April 14th.

Directions to the Bois D’arc Builiding: from Jimmy Driftwood Drive, instead of turning left and entering the large parking lot bear to the right to go to the Bois D’arc center.  If coming down Park Ave, at the stop sign take a right down the steep hill into the large parking lot.  Take a left to exit that parking lot and bear to the left to go to the Bois D’arc center.
