Ozarka College Foundation Postpones 2014 Spring Gala

The Ozarka College Foundation has postponed its 2014 Spring Gala, originally scheduled for today, April 3, due to the likelihood of severe weather. The new date of the gala will be Thursday, April 10, at 6 p.m. in the lobby of the John E. Miller Education Complex at Ozarka College, 218 College Drive, Melbourne.

“Under Construction: Building for the Future” is the theme of the event, which will include dinner prepared by the award-winning Culinary Arts Department, as well as a live auction with all proceeds going toward the foundation’s “Students at the Center” capital campaign. The presenting sponsor is Centennial Bank.

“At Ozarka College, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in north-central Arkansas,” said Dr. Richard Dawe, president. “The theme of
this year’s gala is fitting because your support of the Ozarka College Foundation is helping to build new futures for our students, our campus and our communities.”
