Ozarka College Foundation Schedules Annual Golf Scramble

The Ozarka College Foundation board of directors has announced its annual benefit golf scramble will be held on Saturday, Oct. 5 at Cooper’s Hawk Golf Course in Melbourne.

First National Banking Company will be the tournament’s major corporate sponsor again this year. Freedom Ford of Melbourne will also award a new Ford vehicle to whoever makes the first hole-in-one at the tournament.

The entry fee for the four-person scramble is $300 per team. Lunch is also provided and is sponsored by Liberty Bank of Arkansas and this year’s course sponsor is First Community Bank.

The 18-hole tournament is scheduled for an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

The Foundation Board sponsors this tournament each year to raise funds to continue to support the mission of Ozarka College. The Ozarka College Foundation Board is an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made to the Foundation and the golf tournament are tax deductible as allowed by IRS regulations.
