Songs of Thanks Harding Academy ELC Students Sing for the Season

Patients, guests and associates at White County Medical Center enjoyed songs of thanks performed by the Harding Academy Early Learning Center (ELC) students as a feature of the WCMC ‘Arts in the Hospital’ program. The students were instructed by ELC teacher Penny Hitt as they sang songs in celebration of the Thanksgiving season.

‘Arts in the Hospital’ was developed to promote the healing process of patients. The program invites patients and guests to enjoy a variety of art forms during their hospital stay. Art displays range from elementary school student drawings to professional paintings and photography, as well as musical performances from choirs and bands featuring students of all ages.
