Mayor Tab Townsell will recommend that Lowell McClanahan be hired as interim city CFO at Tuesday night’s Conway City Council meeting.
McClanahan has attended city council meetings since January, including the meetings when the general fund and sanitation fund miscalculations were discussed, as a representative of the Faulkner County Tea Party, which he helped found as treasurer of the organization.
