A workshop in photography will be conducted at Petit Jean Mountain State Park on May 2, led by Photographer Bill Ward. The Eye … The Difference is designed for all levels of expertise and will utilize several locations on the Mountain for hands-on instruction.

The workshop will headquarter at Mather Lodge where a room has been set aside for discussions and demonstrations at mid-day. Ward has been photographing in Arkansas and around the world since the early 1960s and has amassed an archive of almost half a million film images in addition to digital captures. He is author of two books, Conway As it was … As it is, a photographic history of the city by that name, and Beyond the River—Stories of Life Near the Arkansas.
