A variety of entertaining music was presented by students of Lydia Felland, Clinton piano instructor, on March 10th at the Clinton Senior Center. Performers were Juliana Parish, Zachary Guarnera, Hannah McHale, Faith Boyd, Sara Zachary, Monica Doss, Maizey James, Hannah Williams, Seth Connell, Alyssa Huie, and Alex Mills.
Public performances such as these promote mastery and confidence in musical ability, and these students performed to perfection. These beginning and advanced students played a wide variety of pop and classical compositions by Beethoven, Scarlatti, Pachelbel, Aaron, and more. The recital was attended by many friends and family of the students. Refreshments followed.
The Felland Piano Studio is located at 528 Highway 65B Room A in the downtown Clinton Center, by the police station. Here students have the opportunity to play on a grand piano, digital piano, and learn music theory through interactive computer software.
