Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers William Carl Garner Visitor Center is pleased to announce that a Fly Tying Seminar will be held at the Auditorium of the William Carl Garner Visitor Center on Thursday, June 2, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The limit of participants is 15 and must be 12 or older. Please call the Visitor Center in advance to sign up. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is located north of Heber Springs at the west end of the Greers Ferry Dam on Highway 25. The Visitor Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All programs are free and open to the public. For more information contact the Visitor Center at (501) 362-9067.
