Harding University College of Pharmacy Participates in Script Your Future

Harding University’s College of Pharmacy has been participating in Script Your Future’s medication adherence advocacy for the month of February. This student-led campaign aims to raise awareness about chronic diseases and the importance of taking medications regularly to treat chronic conditions. This is the college’s third year promoting this campaign.

Throughout February, students from the College of Pharmacy conducted activities in the community and around campus to promote medication adherence. Students have interacted with other students at Harding and White County and surrounding communities to emphasize the importance of taking medicine as prescribed.

On Feb. 27 from 1-5 p.m., Script Your Future participants will be educating individuals on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at PrimeCare Medical Clinic in Searcy, Ark. This event is free and open to the public.
