The public is invited to attend this free session. Musical entertainment of bluegrass, county, and gospel songs will be performed by musicians Gerald Cooper, Billy Brooks, and Wayne Moore singing with guitar, banjo, and mandolin music. Refreshments will be served. Following the meeting, the Society Archival Room, located in the Old Hospital Building on East Main Street in Melbourne, will be open. Members, guests, and the public may view the room and examine the back issues of The Izard County Historian publications for sale. All back issues currently in stock are priced at $3 each.
