Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers William Carl Garner Visitor Center in conjunction with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will host an Intermediate Trout Fishing Seminar in the Auditorium of the William Carl Garner Visitor Center on July 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. There is no limit on the number of participants, but please call the Visitor Center in advance to sign up. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is located north of Heber Springs at the west end of the Greers Ferry Dam on Highway 25. The Visitor Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All programs are free and open to the public. For more information contact the Visitor Center at (501) 362-9067.
