The Prevention Resource Center would like to inform you that the University of Arkansas at Little Rock will be hosting an IRS Tax Workshop for small and medium nonprofit organizations on both Tuesday, December 4, and Wednesday, December 5, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
This would be a great opportunity for coalition leaders and members to gain valuable training concerning 501 statuses and auditing procedures.
Topics covered will include benefits and responsibilities tax exempt status and unrelated business income. The one-day workshop will also include a question and answer session with representatives from the Exempt Organization Division of the IRS.
Requirements for this workshop include a $29.50 registration fee, which is non-refundable, and pre-registration, which is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During the workshop, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
