LITTLE ROCK – Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin today issued the following statement commemorating National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day:
“Although we set aside today to thank and recognize our law enforcement officers, these courageous men and women deserve our gratitude and respect every day. Words cannot fully express my appreciation for the men and women who risk their lives daily to keep our families and communities safe. The sacrifices made by our law enforcement officers and their families, especially the families of the officers we’ve lost, must never be forgotten.”
