Description: Ozark Folk Center’s Heritage Herb Garden in Mountain View, Arkansas presents A Lavish Herbal Feast, May 12, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. This dinner is sponsored by the Committee of 100 for the Ozark Folk Center Herb Garden Committee who will host a reception in the garden. Selected locally-grown foods will be prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients, featuring a choice of one of three entrees: Prime Rib with Horseradish Aioli, Free Range Ozark Chicken with Jezebel Sauce or Vegetarian Coulibiac.
